Job summary

Binance is seeking a Product Manager to design and deliver world-class Compliance tools and services within a global team. You’ll translate business requirements into PRDs, collaborate with engineers, designers, and internal stakeholders, and drive product value while ensuring regulatory alignment and excellent user experience.

You will operate in a remote-first environment with opportunities for global impact, career growth, and continuous learning across a leading blockchain ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of proven experience as a Product Manager in tech/fintech/blockchain.
• Experience with AML or transaction monitoring is a plus.
• Strong leadership for scalable projects in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Work in a global team to design and develop compliance tools and services with strong user experience and regulatory alignment.
• Review business requirements and produce PRDs to ensure timely project execution.
• Coordinate with Engineers, Designers and internal stakeholders to maximize product value.
• Track metrics to drive continuous improvements and optimize workflows.
• Articulate new features to users and stakeholders to drive adoption.
