Job summary

Covista, a leading healthcare education provider, seeks a Senior Manager to oversee state licensing and regulatory activities across campuses and online programs. You will manage regulatory submissions, coordinate with nursing boards, and ensure alignment with accreditation standards.

Based in Chicago with a hybrid schedule, you will partner with program leaders, regulators, and accreditors to support licensure, accreditation, and ongoing compliance efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required; BSN/MSN preferred.
• 5+ years of teaching and/or management in higher education required.
• Experience with assessment, accreditation and regulatory approval processes.
• Ability to establish relationships with state agencies and regulatory bodies.
• Strong writing, editing, and regulatory reporting capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains relationships with state regulatory agencies for campuses and programs.
• Represents the institution before regulatory agencies for campus development and program changes.
• Oversees state regulatory and Board of Nursing approvals and related documentation.
• Prepares and submits applications, self-studies, and reports for licensure and compliance.
• Provides regulatory input for curriculum development and program changes.
• Advises on regulatory requirements across departments and leadership.
• Travels as needed to perform duties and responsibilities.
