Job summary

Covista, America’s largest healthcare educator, seeks a Senior Regulatory Affairs Analyst in the Chicago area to interpret statutes, develop compliant procedures, and coordinate with operations and regulatory bodies on program changes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s Degree preferred.
• 4+ years in a federally/state regulated environment.
• Experience in higher education regulatory compliance preferred.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, critical thinking, analytical, verbal and written communication skills.
• Detail-oriented problem-solver with a strong work ethic in a high productivity environment.
• Travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

• Interprets federal/state statutes, regulations and rules and develops procedures to ensure compliance.
• Liaises with operations, campuses and regulatory entities for program changes.
• Reviews marketing materials for compliance and approval.
• Represents the organization in professional organizations and government entities.
• Prepares and delivers presentations to senior management and mentors new colleagues.
