Job summary

Resonetics in Fridley, MN is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to lead daily warehouse operations in a regulated medical device setting. You will supervise staff, manage receiving, put-away, inventory control, and shipping while ensuring traceability and compliance with procedures.

You will collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and Quality, drive continuous improvement, and escalate risks as needed. Requires 3+ years in warehouse/logistics and prior supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor preferred.
• 3+ years in warehouse, distribution, inventory control, logistics, or material handling in a regulated environment.
• Prior lead or supervisory experience with assigning work and training staff.
• Experience with ERP, warehouse management, or inventory systems; proficient with MS Office.
• Ability to read procedures and quality-system documentation and escalate issues.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, schedule, and direct warehouse personnel for safe, timely execution of activities.
• Oversee receiving, put-away, storage, inventory control, picking, staging, and shipping of materials and finished goods.
• Maintain accurate lot/batch records and traceability in ERP and inventory systems.
• Ensure materials are properly released, segregated, and managed per procedures.
• Coordinate cycle counts and investigate discrepancies to improve accuracy.
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Quality, and Customer Service to resolve issues.
