Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute the production schedule with supervision and direction to Production Team Leaders and Laser Operators.
• Conduct safety and orientation training for new employees.
• Oversee safety practices and enforce company policies.
• Train production staff and provide coaching across shifts.
• Monitor efficiency and quality, identify root causes and report findings.
• Run and troubleshoot production jobs.
• Maintain inventory and materials, manage timesheets.
• Prepare product shipments and review internal travelers.
• Conduct performance appraisals and communicate with senior management.
