Millstone Medical Outsourcing is seeking a seasoned Warehouse Manager to lead daily warehouse operations at our Olive Branch facility. You will oversee receiving, storage, order fulfillment, and shipping while ensuring accuracy, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Applicants should have 5+ years in warehouse/logistics, proven leadership, and experience with WMS/ERP systems. This role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced medical-device distribution environment and collaboration with

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years in warehouse, distribution, logistics, or operations.
• Experience overseeing multiple warehouse functions in a high-volume, customer-focused environment.
• Strong leadership, organizational, analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, inventory handling, order fulfillment, picking, packing and shipping.
• Develop and maintain daily/weekly operational plans based on customer requirements and priorities.
• Ensure adherence to customer-specific requirements and procedures for handling, documentation, labeling and shipment prep.
• Monitor workflows, schedules, backlogs, and turnaround times to meet commitments.
• Identify bottlenecks and staffing challenges and implement improvements.
• Coordinate with other departments to maintain efficient workflows and resolve issues.
• Set clear expectations for productivity, accuracy, quality and department performance.
