Job summary

Nissha Medical Technologies is seeking a Program Manager to lead designated programs from intake to transfer into manufacturing operations. You will coordinate with engineering, finance, and manufacturing to align budgets, schedules and staffing, ensuring timely delivery.

The role requires 3–5 years of PM experience, a four-year degree, and strong planning, risk management, and communication skills. Expect a rigorous, collaborative environment with a focus on quality and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of related experience in a Program or Project Manager role.
• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Knowledge of program/project management practices, techniques, and tools.
• Experience with program/project management software.
• Experience with strategic planning, risk management, and change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word.

Responsibilities

• Directs and coordinates program/project from intake to transfer into manufacturing operations.
• Manages budget, schedule, actions, and risks for designated programs/projects.
• Facilitates cross-functional teams through regular updates and correspondence.
• Maintains dashboards to provide visibility across the organization.
• Ensures compliance with quality and regulatory requirements (QMS, FDA, CE).
• Provides status reports to customers and stakeholders with clear documentation.
