Job summary

Cretex Companies, Inc. seeks an experienced Program Manager to oversee high-complexity programs spanning cross-company and international transfer initiatives. The role drives on-time, on-budget delivery to specification and alignment with manufacturing capabilities in the medical device space.

You will coordinate with Engineering, Customer Service, Planning, and QA to ensure cost-effective solutions, maintain margins, and support ISO/FDA compliance.

Qualifications

• 10 years of experience in Program/Project Management.
• 4+ years in a business leadership role.
• Extensive experience in medical product lifecycle management.
• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA regulations.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee high-complexity programs through our PM system, focusing on cross-company and international transfer programs.
• Cultivate strong partnerships with internal teams and external customers to meet program objectives.
• Oversee customer projects to ensure requirements, scope, schedule, budget, and quality are met.
• Ensure successful program transition to manufacturing and production monitoring.
• Promote teamwork across stakeholders to drive seamless execution.
• Provide strategic input to support functions on proposals, reviews, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and operations to sustain gross margin targets.
