Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end implementation lifecycle from engagement to BAU transition.
• Lead client-facing meetings and workshops, presenting progress and managing expectations.
• Coordinate with legal, finance and technology to meet client requirements and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Act as the voice of the client internally to influence product roadmap and improvements.
