Job summary

CBTS is seeking an AI Solutions Manager to lead design, development, and delivery of AI-driven solutions for mid-market and enterprise clients. You will bridge technical strategy with hands-on execution, translating business challenges into scalable AI solutions while managing teams and project delivery.

The role requires 5+ years in AI/ML solution delivery with leadership experience, strong cloud platform knowledge, and a focus on governance and security.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience delivering AI/ML solutions, including leadership experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery from discovery to post-deployment support.
• Collaborate with sales, pre-sales, and client teams to translate requirements into architecture.
• Manage a team of AI engineers, data scientists, and solution architects with mentoring.
• Own client relationships as the primary technical contact for AI engagements.
• Evaluate AI/ML platforms and vendor partnerships to fit client needs and CBTS strategy.
• Develop reusable delivery frameworks and playbooks to improve speed and consistency.
• Monitor solution performance post-launch and identify optimization opportunities.
• Stay current on AI/ML trends and translate capabilities into client value.
• Oversee project budgets, timelines, staffing, and risk for AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure secure, scalable solutions.
