RM Autism Therapy in Niles, IL is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team. You will deliver evidence-based ABA therapy in a supportive, collaborative environment, helping individuals with autism reach their goals and reach their full potential.

As an RBT, you will work under the supervision of a BCBA, collect data, and reinforce communication and daily living skills.

Formación

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience with autism or developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Able to pass a background check and meet state requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Implement ABA treatment plans under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to clients with ASD.
• Collect accurate behavioral data during sessions.
• Use positive reinforcement to teach communication, social, and daily living skills.
• Document session notes and progress in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals.
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment.

About the Role:

RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized ABA (Applied Behavior Analysis) treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Provide direct 1:1 therapy sessions to clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Collect accurate and consistent behavioral data during each session
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to teach communication, social, and daily living skills
• Document session notes and progress in a timely and professional manner
• Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and caregivers to support client goals
• Maintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapeutic environment

Requirements:

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in psychology, education, or related field preferred
• Prior experience working with individuals with autism or developmental disabilities preferred
• Strong understanding of ABA principles and behavior intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to pass a background check and meet all state compliance requirements
• Reliable transportation to client locations in and around Niles, IL
