Qualifications

• Active BCBA certification in good standing with BACB.
• Proficiency with VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS, or similar assessments.
• Strong knowledge of ABA principles and behavior reduction strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams.
• Illinois licensure (LBA) or eligibility upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments for clients with ASD, including FBAs and skills assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and BIPs.
• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to RBTs and therapy staff.
• Analyze data and adjust treatment programs to ensure measurable client progress.
• Collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills.
• Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to promote consistency across environments.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements.

RM Autism Therapy is looking for a passionate and dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our growing team in Niles, IL. • Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including FBAs and skills assessments, for clients with autism spectrum disorder (ASD)
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized ABA treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)
• Provide direct supervision and clinical oversight to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and therapy staff
• Analyze data and adjust treatment programs to ensure measurable client progress
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams to support generalization of skills
• Deliver parent training and caregiver coaching to promote consistency across environments
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with BACB ethics and insurance requirements
