Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to interpret medical terminology is required.
• One to two years of clerical skills required; hospital/medical experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills required; must be proficient with computer systems.
• Typing speed at least 30 WPM; accurate data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to patients and families.
