OrthoVirginia is seeking a Registration Coordinator to greet patients, manage the registration desk, and coordinate scheduling at our clinics. This role supports insurance verification, authorizations, co-pay collection, and basic administrative tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.
The ideal candidate has a high school diploma and a minimum of one year in a medical office or similar setting, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and accurate data entry.

The Registration Coordinator serves as the first point of contact for patients and visitors and performs administrative duties, monitors office procedures, resolves problems, and assists with office operations.
This position may also be responsible for insurance verifications/authorizations, patient scheduling and working with the clinic director to ensure smooth operations.
Compensation Range for this position: $19.46 - $29.19
Compensation for this role will be based on several factors, including the candidate's qualifications, relevant experience, education, skills, certifications, geography/market, and internal equity considerations.
