Job description

Job Overview

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 24 hours. This is a 24 hour evening shift position from 3pm to 11:30pm, alternating weekdays with one weekend a month. The position also requires alternating holidays.

Responsibilities

• Register patients and update information in the patient’s electronic medical record.
• Perform a variety of administrative tasks to ensure that patient demographic, financial and mandated information is accurate based on available information.
• Provide patients and/or family members with required regulatory informational documents regarding their visit or admission.

Preferred Skills

• Minimum two years of computer experience.
• Minimum one to two years of experience in an acute hospital setting.

Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $18.71 - $28.26 per hour. The pay range reflects the anticipated range for new hires. Actual compensation will be determined based on work history, experience, skill set, and education. Benefits may include healthcare, dental, vision and retirement, if applicable.
