Responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
• Collect and verify patient demographic and insurance information.
• Register patients into the hospital or clinic’s electronic health record system accurately and efficiently.
• Schedule patient appointments and manage appointment calendars.
• Assist patients with completing necessary forms and documentation.
• Maintain confidentiality of patient information in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Collaborate with clinical staff to ensure seamless patient flow.
• Handle inquiries and direct patients to appropriate departments as needed.
• Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and document management.
