Job summary

Carol Stream Park District is seeking a friendly Registration Specialist to assist patrons in person and over the phone, process registrations, collect fees, and provide high quality customer service.

This part-time position offers hours Mon-Fri 1:15 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. with 12-15 hours per week and requires weekend availability; starting pay is $16.00–$17.00 per hour plus gym and water park benefits and annual social activities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Cash handling and customer service experience preferred.
• Strong typing and data entry skills.
• First Aid and CPR Certification a plus.
• Must successfully pass a background check.
• Minimum Age: 18.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
• Process registrations and collect admission fees.
• Assist with opening/closing of the facility and related duties.
• Support in answering inquiries and registration needs.

Salary & Benefits:

Hours:

Job Responsibilities

The Carol Stream Park District is looking for friendly people who will enthusiastically greet and welcome customers in person, as well as on the phone; provides high quality customer assistance and support to answer questions, respond to inquiries, as well as assist with registration needs. This individual must be able to work independently withlittle to no assistance and be able to workwell as a team. Duties Include, but are not limited to, servicing customers, filing, collecting admission fees, registering patrons, assisting in the opening and closing of the facility, have the ability toorganize and prioritize a wide range of tasks.
