Responsibilities

• Supervises daily staff performance and staffing levels; assists in hiring, training and evaluations.
• Completes daily/weekly/monthly reports; ensures adherence to processes and quality standards.
• Maintains high customer service levels with internal and external customers; collaborates across departments.
• Plans training, mentors staff, and supports operational improvements and policy compliance.
• Coordinates with Patient Financial Services on billing questions and keeps HIPAA/regulatory knowledge up to date.
