Qualifications

• Associates Business College certification or equivalent experience in Patient Access.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 2 years customer service or front office in medical setting, supervisory experience required.
• 4 years healthcare financial operations/healthcare patient financial services preferred.
• Business College certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversees daily staff performance, staffing levels and maintains accurate records; supports hiring, training and development.
• Generates daily, weekly and monthly reports; ensures process accuracy and quality.
• Maintains high level of customer service with internal/external customers; coordinates with physicians' offices.
• Plans training, mentors staff and ensures compliance with HIPAA and department policies.
