• Manage daily Registration area operations and staffing.
• Ensure compliance with federal regulations and payer guidelines.
• Deliver excellent patient/customer service and timely responses to inquiries.
• Assist with special projects and ongoing process improvements.
• Coordinate with Compliance and leadership to address high‑risk issues.
