PALMER COLLEGE FOUNDATION in Davenport, IA is seeking a current Palmer College of Chiropractic student for the Admissions & Enrollment Assistant work‑study position. You will report to the Director of Admissions and assist with outreach, campus visits, and data entry to support both admissions and enrollment.

The role requires at least 20 hours per month, outside class/clinic hours, and involves greeting visitors, updating the student database, mailing recruiting materials, and processing

• Length of employment until graduation or termination by supervisor

Responsabilités

• Prospective Student Outreach/Recruitment: invite prospective students to campus visits and events; call applicants to answer questions and support recruitment; log outreach in the student database.
• Campus Visit Program Support: help facilitate Palmer 360 visits and campus visit programs; restock materials and assist travel events.
• Admissions Department Data Entry: update contact records; enter inquiries; document registrations; process documents and communications.
• Admissions Reception Function: cover front desk, greet guests, route calls; write birthday/congratulatory cards to prospective students.
• Enrollment Department Support: create applicant records; file documents; process letters; audit and organize class files; assist with data entry projects.
