POWTEC Holding Co LLC is seeking a Credentialing Specialist/Registrar to support a newly awarded U.S. Department of Labor contract across multiple cities. The position focuses on identity proofing, enrollment activities, and creating secure federal PIV credentials.

You will verify identities, collect biometric data, review documents, and ensure compliance with federal credentialing standards in a part-time, contract role.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 1 year in technical support.
• OR 5 years of office support experience.
• Ability to complete USAccess Registrar training and maintain certification.
• Strong attention to detail and sound judgment when handling sensitive data.
• Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Conduct identity proofing for federal employees and contractors.
• Collect biometric and biographic data, including fingerprints and photographs.
• Review and validate identity source documents (driver's license, Passport, etc.).
• Issue and update PIV credentials; unblock or replace cards as needed.
• Register PIV cards into PACS.
• Receive and process credential terminations upon employee separation.

Salary Range: $20.00 To $24.00 Hourly

• 1240 East 9th St, Room 817, Cleveland, OH 44199 (4 hours per week)
• 525 Griffin St, Room 738B, Dallas, TX 75202 (8 hours per week)
• 15 New Sudbury St, 2nd Floor, Suite E215, Boston, MA 02203 (8 hours per week)

Schedule

• Hours per week varry by location (see above)
• You create the schedule - Must be during business hours, Monday to Friday between 8am - 5pm

About the Role
