The role collaborates with faculty and academic departments to support degree audits, transfer articulation, and schedule development. A Bachelor’s degree and experience in higher education student services are required; registrar experience is preferred.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in a higher education student affairs/registrar environment preferred.
• Ability to interpret policy and make independent decisions.
• Technical ability with information systems and data reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Manages the Student Information System for the Registrar’s office and ensures data accuracy.
• Oversees enrollment verification each semester and coordinates attendance verification with faculty for financial aid compliance.
• Oversees Transferology Administration and maintains articulation agreements and transfer guides.
• Creates/maintains the Degree Audit Module and generates internal/external reports.
• Assists students with registration, degree audits and withdrawal requests.
• Serves as a school certifying official for the Veterans Administration.
• Assists in scheduling courses, updating the catalog, and maintaining the Registrar’s Office webpage.
