  • Audit, maintain, and update student records in Banner.
  • Assist with RANS, time tickets, and waitlist issues.
  • Run reports for data review, accuracy, and needed corrections.
  • Assist with coordinating product upgrades and new projects as related to the Registrar's Office.
  • Liaise with assigned section within the Registrar's Office.
  • Perform annual updates to the Scribe logic of Undergraduate degrees and majors based on changes in the academic catalog.
  • Develop new Scribe blocks or modify blocks based on the needs of the campus.

Job Summary

Assists in providing technical support for the Office of Registrar. The Registrar Coordinator-Technology consistently exhibits service, collaboration, and excellence as championed by the Division of Enrollment, Marketing and Student Success.

Responsibilities
  • Actions tickets received within the Mojo Ticketing System - WINGS que
  • Lead meetings with departments to improve the Scribe for their areas
  • Approves access to the Banner System and other related systems
  • Audits, maintains, and updates student records in Banner
  • Assists with RANS, time tickets, and waitlist issues
  • Runs reports for data review, accuracy, and needed corrections
  • Assists with coordinating product upgrades and new projects as related to the Registrar's Office
  • Liaise with assigned section within the Registrar's Office

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements

Proposed Salary

$20.91 per hour

This is a non-exempt position paid on a biweekly basis.
