Job summary

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas invites applications for a Registrar Analyst, UNLV University Registrar. The role supports Curriculum Management and Degree Audit within the Office of the Registrar’s Progression & Completion Enrollment Management unit under supervision.

The Analyst updates degree audit records, encodes and troubleshoots reports, and assists in maintaining the undergraduate catalog. They review program proposals for implementation in Acalog, MyUNLV, and uAchieve while

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university and 1–3 years of related professional experience.
• Credentials must be obtained prior to the employment start date.
• Two+ years of comparable professional experience, including customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Update student records in degree audit.
• Encode degree audit reports and troubleshoot errors.
• Assist in maintaining and producing the undergraduate catalog.
• Review program proposals and implement in Acalog, MyUNLV and uAchieve.
• Adhere to FERPA and exercise professional judgment in daily operations.
