Job summary

BASIS San Antonio Primary Northeast is seeking a Registrar to join our team to manage all systems related to student enrollment and records. The Registrar will organize and oversee registration of new and returning students, maintain current student records, and coordinate communications with families and school staff.

The role supports enrollment reconciliation, collaborates with the enrollment team on technology and communication systems, and ensures compliance with health records and testing

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum 3 years administrative experience.
• Ability to obtain a valid fingerprint clearance card.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

BASIS San Antonio Primary Northeast is seeking qualified candidates for a Registrar to join our bright, passionate team. This role will provide support services to the school's faculty and staff in order to meet the mission of BASIS Schools. In this role, the Registrar is primarily responsible for managing all systems related to student enrollment and records.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 3 years administrative experience
