Job summary

Animal Dental Clinic in Aurora, CO seeks an experienced Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to support outpatient care and procedural services, including oral surgery and dentistry. The role balances exam room care, client communication, and hands-on procedural support in a busy general practice.

We value credentialed technicians who bring clinical knowledge, judgment, and strong client service. This full-time position offers $26-$29 per hour, a 4/10 schedule Monday–Thursday with one Saturday

Qualifications

• Active Colorado RVT license is required or in process.
• 4+ years of veterinary technician experience.
• Proficient in dental procedures and anesthesia support.

Responsibilities

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows
• Performing anesthesia induction, monitoring, and recovery
• Assisting in oral surgery
• Performing dental procedures, including prophylaxis and radiography
• Reviewing treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients clearly and compassionately
• Identifying patient concerns and supporting efficient case management across the hospital
• Building strong client relationships through education, communication, and attentive service
