Qualifications

• Completion of respiratory care degree program.
• Respiratory Care Practitioner license - TX.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist credential.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support within 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Administer therapies including HHN, MDI, IPV, CPT, oxygen, and related medications.
• Manage ventilation therapies and life-support systems; assist in transport of ventilated patients.
• Perform monitoring and tests such as ABG puncture, PFTs, capnography, pulse oximetry.
• Document patient care accurately in the required departmental documentation system.
