Job summary

Qualifications

• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) required; CRT registry-eligible entry allowed, RRT must be obtained within 4 months.
• Current Michigan license or eligibility to apply for license as Respiratory Therapist.

Responsibilities

• Provide respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients across units and emergency areas.
• Perform ventilator management (invasive and non-invasive) and respond to Code Blue, MRT, and PRT calls.
• Assess respiratory status and develop care plans; maintain documentation and EMR orders.
• Support pulmonary rehabilitation, education, and home oxygen equipment evaluations.
• Conduct pulmonary function tests and related diagnostics where trained.
