Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care, assessments, and therapy planning with the healthcare team.

• Administer aerosolized medications, manage ventilators, perform airway management, and analyze arterial blood gases.
• Educate patients and support system, mentor new staff and students, and assist with invasive and non-invasive procedures.
• Promote a safe, high-quality environment by ensuring accurate documentation, medication safety, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with organizational policies and standards.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• Certifications: NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS (required upon hire).
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
