Mercy in Oklahoma City seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy per physician orders. You will consult with physicians on the effectiveness of therapy and serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff.

Requirements include graduation from a CoARC-approved respiratory care program, current RCP license, and NBRC RRT credential. ACLS is preferred; PALS is required for ER staff.

Formación

• Graduate of a CoARC-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• PALS required for ER as applicable.
• Must meet physical demands including lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs; kneel, crouch, crawl as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care per physician orders.
• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Performs duties as assigned.
