Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Care Professional to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies in accordance with physician orders. You will support physicians on therapy effectiveness and serve as an advanced resource for respiratory care with nursing staff.

Qualifications include CoARC-approved program completion, RCP licensure, and NBRC RRT certification. PALS may be required in ER; ACLS is preferred.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of CoARC approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license.
• NBRC Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential.
• PALS required for ER staff.
• ACLS preferred.
• Critical care experience preferred.

• Performs direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory care, according to physician's orders.
• Consults physicians on effectiveness of therapy.
• Acts as an advanced resource person for physicians and nursing on respiratory care.
• Performs duties as assigned.
