Northwestern Medicine Delnor Hospital is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner I to provide comprehensive respiratory care to acutely ill patients. The role requires CRT or RRT certification, an active Illinois license (or pending), and current BLS certification.

You will work with a multidisciplinary team to implement care plans and ensure patient safety. Responsibilities include delivering therapies, monitoring patient responses, educating patients and families, and collaborating with ED,

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Respiratory Therapy program.
• Must be CRT or RRT.
• Active or pending Illinois Respiratory Care license and BLS.

Responsabilités

• Administers respiratory care to acutely ill patients per physician orders.
• Delivers and assesses response to therapies; adjusts frequencies as needed.
• Monitors patient conditions and communicates with the healthcare team.
