Job summary

Apex Home Health, Hospice & Home Care is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapies, following physician orders. You will serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff, consulting on therapy effectiveness and performing assigned duties.

The role includes night shifts (7:00pm–7:00am), 36 hours per week, with a $10,000 sign-on bonus. Prior NBRC-credentialed RRT and ER PALS are required; ACLS and critical care experience are

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state requirements.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• ER PALS certification required for ER staff.
• Preferred ACLS certification and critical care experience.

Position Highlights

Shift: Nights, 36 hours per week, from 7:00pm to 7:00am.

Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state requirements.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.
• Emergency Room PALS certification required for ER staff.
• Physical ability to perform tasks involving push, pull, grip up to 50 lbs., and minimal kneeling, crouching, crawling.
• Use of all appropriate respiratory care devices.

Preferred: ACLS certification and critical care experience.
