Job summary

Consumer Directed Services Inc. seeks a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care, consult with physicians on therapy effectiveness, and serve as an advanced resource for medical staff.

You will perform all duties related to respiratory care using appropriate devices in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities include performing respiratory procedures, collaborating with the healthcare team, and ensuring optimal patient outcomes through careful device management and therapy

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license per state requirements.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by NBRC.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• ACLS certification and critical care experience preferred.
• Additional certifications such as PALS may be required for certain settings.

Responsibilities

• Perform respiratory procedures and collaborate with the healthcare team.
• Use respiratory devices and monitor patient response to therapy.
• Contribute as an advanced resource for medical staff and ensure patient safety.
