Job summary

The VIOS Clinic is hiring a Respiratory Therapist to provide direct patient care across respiratory therapy services in a fast-paced setting in Missouri. You will consult with physicians and nursing staff on therapy effectiveness and utilize respiratory care devices to support patient health.

This full-time role offers a $10,000 sign-on bonus and a day shift schedule totaling 36 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth and collaboration in a technology-forward

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current RCP license meeting state requirements.
• RRT credential by NBRC.
• ER staff requires PALS certification.
• Ability to push, pull, grasp up to 50 lbs., and kneel/crouch/crawl as needed.
• Proficient in using respiratory care devices and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in respiratory therapy per physician orders.
• Serve as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff on therapy effectiveness.
• Utilize respiratory care devices and perform assigned duties to support patient health.
• Collaborate with ER staff to support acute care patients.

Acts as an advanced resource for physicians and nursing staff, consulting on therapy effectiveness and providing expertise in respiratory care.

Position Details

SIGN ON BONUS - $10,000

Shift: Days - 36 hours per week

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CoArc approved Respiratory Care program


• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state requirements


• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential by the NBRC


• Emergency Room PALS certification required for ER staff


• Physical ability to push, pull, grip up to 50 lbs., and perform minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling


• Use of respiratory care devices and equipment

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in critical care and ACLS certification are advantageous.
