Mercy is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to perform direct patient care in all aspects of respiratory therapy based on physician orders. You will consult with physicians regarding therapy effectiveness and act as an advanced resource for staff, supporting patient care across shifts.

Qualified candidates are graduates of a CoArc-approved program with RCP license and NBRC RRT credential; ACLS/PALS as preferred.

Qualificações

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program.
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state requirements.
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC.

Qualifications & Skills

• Graduate of a CoArc-approved Respiratory Care program
• Current Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license meeting state requirements
• Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC
• Physical ability to push, pull, grip up to 50 lbs., and perform minimal kneeling, crouching, and crawling
• Use of respiratory care devices

Preferred qualifications include

ACLS certification, critical care experience, and PALS certification for ER roles. Experience is not mandatory.
