Job summary

Logan Health in Whitefish, Montana, is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to join our hospital team. The role supports patient care in a 25-bed critical access facility with a focus on high-quality outcomes and compassionate service.

You will manage ventilators, deliver therapies, document in the EMR, and participate in ongoing education to maintain current competencies. Montana license and NBRC credentials are required or in progress with certification planned within timelines.

Qualifications

• Montana license required or in process.
• NBRC credentialed RRT or CRT with plan to obtain RRT within 1 year.
• BLS within 7 days; ACLS, PALS, NRP within stated timelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe respiratory care that supports comfort and outcomes.
• Communicate professionally and work with the team.
• Manage ventilators, meds, equipment, and EMR documentation.
• Maintain competencies through ongoing education and training.
