Logan Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to provide professional respiratory care to patients of all ages in assigned areas. You will manage ventilation support, administer medications as appropriate, and document care in the EMR while adhering to LH policies and procedures.

The role requires Montana RCP licensure, NBRC RRT/CRT credentials with renewal as needed, and completion of RQI/ACLS/PALS/NRP within defined timelines. Day shift; on-site at our Montana facility.

Qualifikationen

• Montana RCP license required.
• NBRC credentialed RRT or CRT with NBRC RRT credential within 1 year of hire.
• RRT credentialed post-2002 must renew every 5 years.
• RQI (BLS) within 7 days; ACLS, PALS within 6 months; NRP within 1 year.

Aufgaben

• Provide professional respiratory care to patients of all ages.
• Manage mechanical and non-invasive ventilation modalities; med administration as appropriate.
• Document in electronic medical record; adhere to policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate professionalism, teamwork, and patient-focused care.
• Maintain competency per unit competency program and organizational goals.
• Attend to equipment and participate as a team member across units.
• Maintain regular attendance as scheduled.
