Logan Health is seeking a Registered Respiratory Therapist to provide respiratory care across departments on a day shift. The role requires Montana RCP licensure and NBRC credentials, with mandatory certifications BLS, ACLS, PALS within defined timeframes.

The RT will manage ventilation support, medication administration, and patient assessments while maintaining EMR documentation and teamwork with the care team.

Qualifications

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) license required.
• NBRC credentialed RRT or CRT with plan to obtain RRT within 1 year.
• RQI (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer.
• NRP within 1 year of hire/transfer.

Responsabilités

• Provide professional respiratory therapy to patients of all ages.
• Manage mechanical ventilation and non-invasive ventilation modalities.
• Administer medications and operate respiratory equipment.
• Document care in the electronic medical record and communicate with the care team.
• Maintain competency and adhere to department policies and safety guidelines.
