Logan Health Medical Center in Kalispell, MT invites Respiratory Therapists to join our inpatient team. You will provide advanced respiratory care in a trauma‑center setting across ICU, ER, PICU and NICU, with opportunities for mentorship and ongoing CEUs.

We offer sign‑on bonuses, shift differentials, and relocation assistance for qualified external candidates. Schedule includes night shifts, full‑time 36 hours per week, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner license required.
• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire or before independent patient care.
• ACLS within 6 months of hire; PALS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide high‑impact respiratory care across multiple inpatient units.

What you’ll need to have:

• Current Montana Respiratory Care Practitioner (RCP) License required (or obtained prior to hire date)

• Minimum of one (1) of the following required:

• RQI Provider (BLS) within 7 days of hire/transfer or before independent patient care, whichever comes first, required.

• ALC (ACLS) within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.

• PALS within 6 months of hire/transfer, required.

Shift:

Night Shift - 12 Hours (United States of America)

Schedule: Full‑time 36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts

Logan Health operates 24 hours per day, seven days per week. Schedules are set to accommodate the requirements of the position and the needs of the organization and may be adjusted as needed.
