Job summary

Intermountain Health is seeking a Radiologic Technologist to perform diagnostic imaging exams, ensuring accurate quality images and patient safety. You will work with radiologists, physicians, and staff in a fast-paced environment while maintaining strict infection control and equipment competency.

The role supports the imaging service line at St. Mary’s Regional Hospital in Grand Junction, CO, with a 36-hour full-time schedule and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification required.
• State radiologic technologist license required.
• BLS certification for healthcare providers required.
• May be required to complete MA Competency Checklist.

Responsibilities

• Maintain ARRT or modality competency in clinical/technical tasks.
• Ensure patient identification and proper exam prep.
• Perform exams per protocol and review image quality.
• Adhere to radiation safety guidelines.
• Assist students and other radiology staff in protocols and positioning.
• Provide patient education and address concerns.
