Job summary

Qualifications

• NBCOT certification upon hire; renewal optional.
• Graduate of an accredited program in occupational therapy (BSOT or MSOT).
• Active license in the applicable state and maintain it during employment.
• New graduates welcome to apply; one year experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Follow established occupational therapy treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee and evaluate care by OTAs, Rehab Aides, and students.
• Chart accurately and timely in the patient record.
• Utilize therapy software for documentation and scheduling.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive attitude with patients.
• Maintain patient rights, safety, and sanitation.
