Ameriprise Financial seeks a Registered Operations Leader (ROL) in Daytona Beach to manage branch operations, lead staff, and support advisors. The role focuses on financial management, reporting, and process improvements while collaborating with the Branch Manager.

The ROL will guide client service, prepare plans, and ensure compliance. This on-site position offers growth within Ameriprise Advisor Group and a dynamic team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.

Responsabilités

• Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and efficiencies in practice.
• Partner with Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events are tracked and measured.
• Assist advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings with agendas and summaries.
• Lead real estate and facilities initiatives and manage budgets and reports.
