Ameriprise Financial in Farmington Hills, MI seeks a Registered Operations Leader to oversee branch operations, staff coaching, and advisor support. This on-site, full-time role drives client experience, process improvements, and regulatory compliance while coordinating with senior leadership to meet business targets.

The position requires active Series 7 licensing or ability to obtain within 150 days, securities registrations, and licenses across life, health, and variable contracts, plus

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• 5–7 years of relevant experience required.
• Series 7 or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State securities agent registration (S63 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• State IAR registration (S65 or S66) or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Life, Accident, and Health licenses & Variable Contracts or ability to obtain within 150 days.
• Previous supervisory experience with HR policies and labor laws.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to motivate team to deliver results.

Mansioni

• Manage activities that support business results, revenue growth, client experience and efficiencies in practice.
• Partner with Branch Manager to ensure advisor business plans are completed and marketing events are tracked.
• Assist advisors in servicing clients including preparing financial plans, conducting investment research and completing trades.
• Prepare and summarize client meetings; schedule, confirm meetings, and provide follow-up.
• Provide general administrative duties and setup files; process reports and correspondence.
• Build, manage, and analyze reports and branch vitals; review expenses and budgets.
• Ensure compliance training needs are met with the Registered Principal.
• Lead real estate and facilities initiatives.
• Lead, coach, mentor, and perform performance management for direct reports.
• Determine staffing needs and hire/allocate staff; conduct 1:1s.
