Job summary

Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted OT license in Texas.
• Maintain active license in good standing.
• Continue education requirements for licensure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and home-based programs.
• Participate in interdisciplinary, client-centered meetings and provide recommendations.
• Deliver skills-based competency training and education to staff.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and thorough documentation in the EHR.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, caregivers, and team members.
