Job summary

Good Shepherd’s Skilled Nursing team is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join a supportive, resident-focused environment. Available shifts include full-time evenings and overnights, as well as part-time evenings and overnights, with competitive benefits.

You will practice within Minnesota Nurse Practice Act standards, document and administer medications, communicate resident status, and mentor new staff while staying prepared for emergencies.

Qualifications

• Must be a currently licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Must have a current Basic Life Support (CPR and AED) certification.
• Must demonstrate ability to perform necessary responsibilities of the position.

Responsibilities

• Practice within the scope of the Minnesota Nurse Practice Act and standard clinical care.
• Delegate, monitor, and provide high-quality resident care per care plans.
• Administer and document medications and treatments accurately and promptly.
