Good Shepherd Skilled Nursing in Sauk Rapids, MN is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily living activities and support mobility under the supervision of nursing staff.

Qualifications

• Must be Active on the Minnesota Nursing Assistant Registry.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Able to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsibilities

• Escort residents to and from meals, activities, and events.
• Accurately complete daily charting and documentation.
• Monitor and report changes in resident condition to the nurse.
• Support resident mobility using equipment and follow care plans.
