Job summary

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate, dependable RNs to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area.

This role offers a stable, single-site environment with day, evening and overnight shifts. You will build relationships with residents and families, follow care plans, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to maintain dignity and comfort.

Qualifications

• Current Maryland Registered Nurse license in good standing.
• Current CPR certification.
• Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
• Dependable, compassionate and comfortable working independently.
• Experience supporting older adults preferred.
• WellSky experience is a plus.
• Ability to complete all required background checks and credentialing.

Senior Helpers of Baltimore and Central Maryland is hiring compassionate, dependable RNs to support residents within a private, mission-driven residential community serving older adults in the Baltimore area.
This is a unique opportunity to provide personalized care in a calm, welcoming environment where relationships, dignity and continuity matter. Instead of traveling between multiple homes, RNs work at one consistent location and become familiar with the residents, their routines and the broader care team.
We are hiring full-time and part-time RNs for:

• Day shifts
• Evening shifts
• Overnight shifts
• Weekday and weekend coverage

Responsibilities include:

• Providing attentive, person-centered nursing care
• Monitoring residents and identifying changes in condition
