Saint Joseph Health System, part of Trinity Health, seeks Registered Nurses for the 12 Hour Night Shift. You will implement, direct, communicate, and document the nursing process in line with the Indiana Nurse Practice Act and act as a patient advocate.

The role covers Fri/Sat nights 7pm–7am, with one other night weekly and alternating holidays. Offers include up to $10,000 sign-on bonus, weekend premium pay, tuition reimbursement, benefits from day one, retirement match, and generous PTO.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU preferred.

Employment Type: Full time Shift: 12 Hour Night Shift Description: ***Up to $10,000 Sign-On Bonus Weekender Premium Pay is $7.05 added to base pay when working Friday and Saturday Nights Full-Time 12 Hour Night Shift - Every weekend Fri/Sat nights 7pm to 7am, plus one other night during the week, and every other holiday RN's for Maternal Child Float will float between Pediatrics, Mother Baby and NICU

About the job:

As a Registered Nurse at Saint Joseph Health System you are responsible for implementing, directing, communicating, and documenting the nursing process in accordance with current established standards of care and the Indiana Nurse Practice Act. Our RNs are patient advocates who provide a safe environment for patients, visitors, and colleagues.

Requirements:

• Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program.
• Licensure: RN Indiana License.
• CPR certification on hire or able to attain within 60 days.
• Experience: Preferred 1+ years of experience in Peds, Mother Baby or NICU, but will consider new grad RN's.

Assigned hours within your shift, starting time, or days of work are subject to change based on departmental and/or organizational needs.
